EXCHANGES FOR SATISFACTION
A period of 15 business days will be estimated to claim the return of the order. The products must be in perfect condition and unused in order to exchange the item. This includes its original packaging, labels and cards. We have the right to refuse the return if this condition is not met.
We do not refund shipping costs, please consider this point before purchasing.
MONEY BACK
Within a period of 15 business days , you can request a full refund - whatever the reason - as long as the order is delivered in optimal conditions, that is, in its original packaging, unused and with its original accessories. We have the right to refuse to refund the money if the product(s) arrive in poor condition.
DAMAGE
You will have 15 business days to make the return if you receive your order in poor condition. We will give you the option of a replacement product or a full refund. To do so, please contact us at kiklihandmade@gmail.com, indicating your name, order number and attaching photos that prove the veracity of the matter.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund process will then be processed.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
We are not responsible for the transport of your orders, the matter as such is handled with couriers in an external manner and beyond our control. The full amount of the order will be refunded, not including the shipping cost , once it has been returned to us due to problems that have occurred with its transport.
Complaints and claims will not be accepted in this regard, since it is not our responsibility to provide incorrect information, the absence of people to receive the package, or other problems that may arise.
We do not guarantee how long this process will take. We ask for caution and commitment when making your purchases.
